What's the status of my order?

You can check your order status from the orders page on your account or the tracking information sent to the email provided. Please allow 24 hours for the order information to be updated. Can I make any changes to my order?

At this time, we will be unable to make any changes or edits to any orders – this includes the shipping address or payment information. Please make sure to review your information before completing your order. 

Can I change the shipping address on my order?

Unfortunately, we cannot update the address on an order after it has been placed. In the event that your order is returned to us, we are happy to send a replacement or provide a refund.

Please note that we cannot refund or replace orders that have been delivered to the address originally provided.

How do I cancel my order?

At this time, we are unable to cancel any orders once they are placed on armatus0811.com. Make sure to check your order details and shipping information before processing your order. You are able to initiate a return of your order through your profile and order confirmation email.

Where d o you ship?

We ship to the continental U.S. as well as Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico. Please note: You may experience slightly longer delivery times when shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, as well as APO addresses and U.S. territories. 

We do not accept orders that are shipped to P.O. boxes or freight forwarders. We do not deliver to freight forwarding addresses and are not responsible for packages lost/damaged by a freight forwarding location.

Do you offer free shipping?

Standard shipping is free for all orders $50 USD or more in the United States (pre-tax and shipping cost). 

When will my order arrive?
